Billing and Renewal

Your subscription will continue and automatically renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Free Trial

We offer a free trial of 3 AI-generated replies to new users who register with the Services. You will not be charged until you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. All purchases are non-refundable.

Fee Changes

We may, from time to time, make changes to the subscription fee and will communicate any price changes in accordance with applicable law.

8. Refunds Policy

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

10. User Generated Contributions

The Services may invite you to submit content. Any such content is non-confidential and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it solely to operate and improve the Services.

11. Contribution Licence

By posting your Contributions to any part of the Services, you grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right and licence to use, copy, reproduce, disclose, sell, resell, publish, broadcast, retitle, archive, store, cache, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, transmit, excerpt, and distribute such Contributions for any purpose, commercial, advertising, or otherwise.

12. Services Management

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms; take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Legal Terms; and otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Services.
